Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Countdowns - Day Counter ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Use of the App
Countdowns is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to:
- Create and manage countdown events
- Track days until important dates
- Display widgets on your devices
- Sync data across your personal devices
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the app, including events, notes, and customizations. You are responsible for the content you add to the app.
Subscription and Payments
Countdowns is a paid app. Every plan unlocks every feature, and you can choose the plan that suits you:
- Monthly: $1.99 per month with a 7 day free trial, then billed monthly
- Yearly: $9.99 per year with a 7 day free trial, then billed annually
- Lifetime: $19.99 one time purchase, no trial
Subscriptions and purchases are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. If your plan includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for any refund inquiries.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by DuttLabs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data or other damages resulting from the use of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
